Dance Program

Ballet: These classes are designed for adults who wish to begin or continue the study of classical ballet. Classes will consist of barre exercises that focus on proper alignment as well as the steps which foster core and leg strength and flexibility. The center work will introduce elementary steps, simple jumps, as well as turns. No prior experience is necessary. 

Tap: Deriving from both Irish and African dance, tap develops great rhythm and musicality through its percussive and rhythmic expression. Whether you are developing your musicality or have dreams of Broadway, tapping adds to dancers' versatility.

Contemporary: Incorporates a strong foundation in modern technique based from such masters as Graham, Limon, and Cunningham insuring that our students explore this organic style from a rooted foundation.

Pilates & Yoga Program

Pilates Privates: Authentic Pilates method in its complete and original form as it was intended by its founders Joseph and Clara Pilates. You will learn the various apparatus and the more well known mat exercises in a fully functioning system. Our apparatus is Gratz Industries, who have been producing and manufacturing for the Pilates method since its origin in the United States. Itʼs an organic, efficient, exercise program that is applicable for life to all ages!

Yoga: Learn to breath while stretching and strengthening your body. Discover the messages that your body holds, breath and shift into a place of relaxation.  This class is designed for everyone! You will learn tools that you can carry with you when you leave class.
